Plea for Change

In a prophetic plea , one month and one day before MADD founder - Candace Lightner's - daughter was killed by a drunk driver,  a young man, 18 yrs old - orphaned by a drunk driver 5 months earlier ,  pleads  - to the presiding judge who let the killer of his parents, basically go free  -  for change . 4-2-80 Judge John W. Day, I would like to comment on the sentencing of K. E. H.  How can the death of two people be looked upon so lightly?  Mr. H. was totally at fault in the death of both of my parents.  Just, maybe if the sentencing was a little bit stiffer, things like this would not happen every day.  Just because Mr. H was drunk, the homicides were considered accidental.  Mr. H didn't even receive the maximum for drunk driving.  How many people does a drunk person have to kill to receive the maximum sentence of one year?
